GRAND RAPIDS, October 26, 2023 /PRNewswire/ Packaging Compliance Labs, (“PCL”), a Grand Rapids-based sterile packaging center of excellence headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, is pleased to announce the hiring of Bernadette Legaretta as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Legaretta will serve as a strategic partner for the business, focusing on growth opportunities that align with the strong upward trajectory that has been generated by PCL to date.
In addition to directing all financial responsibilities, Legaretta will oversee the company’s HR activities and work with PCL’s private equity sponsor on a variety of projects. Legaretta has an open-door approach to her work, noting, “I am happy to educate anyone that has an interest in the financial/accounting world as I believe the partnership between Finance/Accounting and other disciplines within the company is essential.”
Legaretta brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device manufacturing fields to support PCL in her new role. As a graduate of New Mexico State University with MBA and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees, Legaretta is also a credentialed Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. Having taken the CFO helm for previous firms, including MRP Solutions, MedBio, and TCGRx, Legaretta’s financial leadership skills are ideal for the ongoing growth and major facilities expansion that has been a hallmark of PCL’s capabilities since its inception in 2014.
