Episurf Medical is a Swedish company that produces patient-specific orthopedic implants 
designed to match the unique anatomy of every surgical case. The company just partnered with Touch Surgery, a firm that’s building surgical virtual reality applications, to create a simulation of how to use its Episealer line of personalized knee resurfacing implants. We spoke with Rosemary Cunningham Thomas, the CEO of Episurf, about her company’s technology and what the future holds for this rapidly evolving field.
