There’s been a lot of news coming out of Rock Health recently, including their newest installation of Startup Elements: a video presentation on Fundraising Economics added yesterday. Also announced today, via the Boston Globe, is that Rock Health will be offering a few of its nascent companies selected for the Summer 2012 class the opportunity to work in Beantown. According to the article:
The program will be held on the campus of Harvard Medical School in Boston, and will accept about six startup teams. Each chosen team gets a grant of $20,000, without having to cough up any equity. This year’s program will start in June and conclude in August with a “demo day” for investors.
The Boston program is accepting applications on a rolling basis here. This is surely good news for those East Coast healthcare entrepreneurs who may not want to relocate to The Bay State.
