NEC Display Solutions has received FDA clearance for its 21.3-inch MultiSync MD215MG medical diagnostic display for digital mammography. It is a 5 megapixel grayscale IPS display that includes a front sensor for automatic calibration and an ambient light sensor that adjusts the display’s brightness to the current lighting conditions.
The estimated street price is $13,799, including a MDCHROMA5 sensor for quality assurance.
