As physicians we often deal with disfigurements, trauma, infections, and other ugly and disgusting things in medicine. But despite that we’re still fascinated by the real beauty that goes on inside of living organisms. Medical animation companies have been springing up in recent years, and they are revealing this beauty through commissioned works for medical schools, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, and other health institutions.
