Latest in High Tech Advances in Military Medicine

Wired‘s Danger Room blog has profiled about a dozen “freakiest” experimental medical technologies that the U.S. military is sponsoring or directly working on developing into practical therapies. There’s everything from fractional laser therapy for removing burn induced scar tissue to producing type-O red blood cells in massive quantity derived from umbilical-cord blood.
