Discover Mag Looks at Quantum Biology

Discover Magazine has just published an interesting article about the latest research looking for quantum mechanical processes involved in biology. It’s a great piece to start you thinking about the distant future, where biological and medical processes are looked upon not as simple chemical reactions but as fundamental unified physical events. In the article, Discover gives our favorite example of an unexplained biological action: general anesthetic properties of Xenon, a noble gas.
