Earscope update and video!

Leave it to Engadget’s “I’ll believe it when I see it” hack-crazy fan base to actually submit a video of the Japanese ear probe in action. Observe the tympanic membrane in its full low-res glory.
The view through the peephole gives one the feeling that an investigative journalist has a hidden camera in some poor sap’s ear. The guy seems like he’s going to hit up every orifice, but the video stops short of Katie Couric’s notorious colonoscopy.
