Quiet Time

Dear Readers,
Many of you have probably noticed the lack of posting today here at Medgadget. Because of divine coincidence, all of us–practicing MDs by day and medgadgeteers by night–were simultaneously put on-call, having to save human lives at the cost of retarding access to medical technology news.
At least unlike other (non-medical) bloggers, our excuses involve life and death and we hope you understand.
