LCD Monitors With Eye Protection

Prestigio Technology has unveiled two new 17″ and 19″ LCD multimedia monitors P776 and P796 of the newly introduced hi-end 7th Series. As the manufactures say, the new monitors feature superior design and tinted-glass screen coating.
What does this have to do with medicine, you ask? Well, the tinted-glass coating contributes to the prevention of the so-called Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), with some studies estimating that 90 percent of the workers using computers for more than 3 hours per day experience CVS in some form. CVS symptoms include headaches, loss of focus, double/blurred vision, tired or burning eyes, and even neck and shoulder pains. The new tinted-glass Prestigio monitors have been designed to reduce these possible health risks.
