Quooker®, a boiling-water tap with a water filtration system, is designed for home use. We, a biased bunch of doctors fixated on technologies, believe that such a system would be quite useful in the hospital or nursing home to provide instant sterilization. Not for surgical instruments or invasive devices, of course, but for bed pans and such.
