It is quite common to hear moonbats scream about Cuba being the utmost exemplar for unprecedented level of education in all the fields, including medical. Among these lunatics the notion has even become fashionable! For someone like myself–who grew up in the Soviet paradise–the idea of Cuba achieving anything aproaching our capitalist healthcare system is laughable.
