Keep In Mind Those Safety Protocols!

Here we have a hospital bed making love to an MRI machine because someone didn't take proper precautions.

I showed this picture to a friend who was a newspaper journalist in Denver when the first MRI machine was installed and used, here. Everyone was very excited at the first images that came out of it, naturally. On the same day of the first images, an elevator in the hospital stopped working. It turns out that the magnetic field of the machine was strong enough to bind up the elevator mechanism. The machine, as I understand it, was relocated.
