I would like to nominate 'The Biopsy Report' (http://biopsy.wordpress.com/) for best patient weblog. A fantastic read about one lady's take on contracting MRSA, numerous operations, and a congential condition that she has had to live with her whole life. It's masterfully written, and gives a valuable insight into 'the other end of the needle'.

My passionate vote for Dr Shock MD PhD (http://ectweb.blogspot.com/) for Best Medical Weblog 2007!
It's a high quality weblog to keep up with psychiatric novelty's and state of the art. This, in combination with Dr Shock's humorous comments, a variation of medical & non-medical tips, (personal) stories and gadgets!
    Cheers!
