We're Professionals

at last, the legitimacy of a hardcoverOK, so we said no posts today, because it takes something extraordinary to wake us from our glorious post-call slumber. But that special something is ... news about us. Specifically, Medgadget editor Nicholas Genes was interviewed by Bob Walsh for his new book, Clear Blogging: How People Blogging Are Changing the World and How You Can Join Them.

The interview runs in Chapter Six -- the section on professional blogs -- and is excerpted here. There's a small bit about life at Medgadget, as well as Nick's tips for navigating the pitfalls of medical blogging.

The book comes out on February 12th, but is available for pre-order on Amazon now.

The internet is a small world after all. I follow Bob Walsh's blog / sites for business, and I read MedGadget because my own software is intended for medical institutions.

I just never thought the two worlds would meet!
