Fionagate: An Illustrated, Interactive Website
Filed under: Medgadget Exclusive

In view of the continuing destruction of the planet by Dr. Fiona Godlee, Editor in Chief of the British Medical Journal; and in response to her refusal to address issues raised by her travelings around the world, while touting to others to "lead by example" by not attending unnecessary medical conferences; and in view of the impending BMJ Masterclass conference (scheduled for tomorrow), that will further destroy our planet, we are pleased to introduce a new, interactive medical site: Carbon Footprint of Dr. Fiona Godlee, Editor of the British Medical Journal. The website features fully interactive Google map of Dr. Godlee's travels, as well as a list of conferences where she has been either a speaker, a lecturer or a committee member. Dr. Godlee has been advocating the reduction of your carbon footprint since 1996.
OUR COMMITMENT: From now on, we will be monitoring Dr. Godlee's travels, as well as BMJ-sponsored events, and will bring that to your attention. We can assure you that we will not allow Dr. Godlee to display the hypocrisy of her behavior without a response. Her editorials are nothing but ego trips of feel-good ideas of failed deeds. ("And I've resolved to sell the car. Well, one of them at least." - June , 2006) And that is what it's all about.
