The second video is a real prod at South Africa's Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang...she advocated the eating of beetroot and garlic as a cure for AIDS.

And the "Jacob" is a stab at Jacob Zuma, the ex-deputy ANC president in South Africa, who was recently aquitted of rape charges. He was head of one of the AIDS councils too, and did untold damage by making a verbal blunder during the court case. He advocated taking a shower after unprotected sex in order to prevent ones-self from getting the disease. Hence the "shower time!"
