"Baby Halo"

While it won't teach you how to be a great parent, you've got a good start with Cinnis Baby Halo. Biotech Research obtained the rights to produce these small devices for small baby heads:

"The Halo she developed is a cushioned flesh- like head support device that is designed to gently support a baby's head so it is not always flat against the mattress, car seat or carrier. It is made from a proprietary medical device material that is FDA approved. The Halo has been tested and is being used in hospitals throughout the United States. The Halo has now been modified to accommodate the larger full term baby to deal with the heightened incidence of flathead syndrome."

Made from a material called Dermasol DS300, this device looks like a giant yellow fruit loop. It purportedly helps babies in three ways: maybe prevents infant flathead syndrome, possibly lowers emotional distress, and probably allows hats to fit correctly.
