In the Wall Street Journal's article about new gadgets for those on a diet, MyFoodPhone, a new service from Quebec City-based NATS Inc., has caught our attention.

MyFoodPhoneThe company describes its teledieting service:

-- It's pretty simple, actually.

-- With a camera phone, you take pictures of what you eat.

-- You upload the pictures to your personal dietitian.

-- Once a week, your dietitian analyzes your information.

-- She then sends you a video clip of feedback.

-- Follow your dietitian's advice and you should begin to see results.

We like it. People now can follow a professional advice and not voices in the head.

The article at WSJ is a good read for the treadmill...
