There can be no "full protection of the penis" in a circumcision since the very act is an injury that impairs the mechanical aspect of intercourse and reduces the number of nerves and the sensitivity of the remaining ones by the process of keratinization. You manufacture essentially a device of torture to be used principally on non-consenting children. And what in god's name do you mean by a do it yourself project??

Do-it-yourself project??? Oh my GOD! You people should be sued into oblivion. I wish circumcision wasn't such a taboo subject. Everyone should be informed about the irreversable damage that this procedure causes to a boy. A boy who is then more often than not, told nothing about it his whole life, until then subject comes up at the birth of his own son. I was cut, and then lied to my whole life when I asked why my best friend (intact) didn't look like me. I am now 39 years old, I no longer talk to my parents because of this angering life tragedy. My 3 sons are all INTACT, and I had to fight with a hospital to make sure my first son DIDN'T get cut. The answer is simple, DON'T CUT BABIES! Let the boy grow into a young man intact, then let him decide for himself if he wants to be mutilated. You people profiting from this make me sick. Burn in hell bastards!

Do-it-yourself project means do it yourself for doctors (without rabbis), and not do it yourself at home (check product insert: it is for physician use only).

Nice to know that we are being watched by moonbats of male-genital-mutilation-for-unconsented-infants-end-of-the-world crowd...

I must say that whatever arguments you have against circumcision, they are not enough to break up with your parents and keep your kids from their grandparents. Mom and Dad are not killers and butchers, but at most ignorant, and probably they had the best intentions for you in mind. There are good profilactic arguments for it, you know... In any case, cheer up, let go, and focus your negative energies on real transgressions of the world.

To the person who thinks genital mutilation isn't enough to break up with family over, what DO you think is bad enough? As far as I'm concerned, anyone who wants to cut pieces off my genitals, or that of my sons, is no friend of mine, no matter who they are. Circumcision == genital mutilation.

(Sorry to all those men out there who have been "done", you ARE missing something off your penis, it is NOT a useless flap of skin, and you will just have to deal with it - as will your partners. If you are lucky, they will have never been with anyone with a whole penis, and they won't know any different.)

I am 13 and not circumcised and i want any expecting parents who may read this to know somthing:

Dont listen to the "Moonbats" who think that circumcision is mutilation. it is a necasary procidure and it should be done on ALL male infants in all contrys. I am extremely depresed because of what my parents decided would have been mutilation. I will not be able to get laid untill i am 18 and can get circumcised because of my parents i hate them because of this. So please for your Son's sake GET HIM CIRCUMCISED.

circumcision is not necessary in any way. you can have sex more easily if you are not cut, and uncut guys have a LOT more sensitivity. also, only 55 percent of babies are circumcised now. in a year or two, the majority will be uncut.

Just wanted to know is there any difference in the feeling, is it better or worse... The only reason I want to do it, is because of the look, the circumcision penis looks much sexier no doubt, but doesit feels the same???

I would just like to mention, I have had severe depression for quite a while because I was circumcised without my consent. my parents had no right, the bottom line is, they KNEW it was my body, they KNEW it was my decision alone. but they did it anyway. for, that, i will always hate them. i have difficulty during intercourse because of it and find it very difficult to orgasm, and I am only 20 years old. no one should have been allowed to do this to me.

I think this thing is a realy cool device for self circumcision i only have one question though... does it hurt to circumcise yourself

People sell/buy circumcision devices all the time on EBay. Maybe your doctor is trying to buy a device on-the-cheap or maybe some idiot thinks he/she could circumcise themselves/their child (ren) themselves. Insanity!

EBay/FDA actually requires sellers to state who they are (the medical field info) in the selling info and the seller has to check to see if you qualify to buy. THIS site let's ANY Joe Blow buy circumcision equipment and endorses do-it-yourself techniques. Could they/would they offer medical equipment to endorse a do-it-yourself appendectomy or tonsillectomy? Nope. So why do this for the penis? Surgery is surgery and shouldn't be promoted to be done by anyone but actual trained medical professionals.

First of all, you need to pay more attention in school. Spend less time on the internet, and focus on your spelling skills sweetie.
Second, you are entirely too young to be worrying about sex. Having said that, I lost my virginity at 14, to a 14 year old boy who was INTACT. You are not doomed to never have sex because you have foreskin. Also, what's with this "I won't be able to have sex until I'm 18" statement? Why the arbitrary number? If you think you're not going to have sex now because of your foreskin, what makes you think you'll have it at 18?
The botom line is, for every woman who prefers a cut penis, there is a woman who prefers an intact penis, and another woman who doesn't care.
FYI...sex with an intact penis is much more pleasurable. No friction, no lube problems and more girth.
You should be thanking your parents for sparing you the torture as an infant, and the long term affects of being cut.

I have experience with both circumcised and intact men. I can tell you with 100% certainty that sex was a completely different experience with the two types. Intact penises have ALL the sexual and protective functions Nature designed them to have. Sex isn't dry, no lubrication is needed, the man has all the sensitivity (did you know that circumcision cuts off 240 FEET of nerves?? That's a loss of sensation - yup!)

I'm so grateful my husband is intact - I know your future partners will be happy you choose to keep your whole penis, better for them and for you! Over 85% of the men in the world are intact so you are definetly in the majority :-)

Getting cut is stupid, if your born with it your probably supposed to have it. I agree with Bart all the way, let your kids grow up to be intact and let them decide for themselves, its not your body so dont mess with it.

I'm British uncircumcised and happy! i would hate my parents forever if they circumcised me at birth. The penis belongs to the BABY! NOT you, therefore its HIS penis and HIS decision! NOT yours! im 13 and i used to think circumsision was wrong and unnatural,but then i saw how cleaner a cut penis is and how better sexual intercoarse is with it,and how u dont have to worry about your skin getting ripped during sex and the growth of smegma,im still uncircucsised and am going to to ask my parents if i can get circumsised pretty soon,the main reason i want this is i just hate reading articles saying on how u must be a ble to pull back my foreskin to have a healthy penis,im 13 and have never seen the head of my penis!and i don't want a doctor pulling it back buy force.plus as being inact most of the other guys see me as a freak,plus i dont like the way an inact penis looks compared to a cut one
